How should I care for my Evario garment?
All Evario garments are dry clean only to preserve their fabrics, prints, and embroidery. Store them in breathable garment bags. If ironing is required, use a low-heat setting with a protective cloth or opt for gentle steaming to avoid direct contact with the fabric.
What is your alterations policy?
We are happy to offer basic alterations at no additional charges on full-price Evario pieces purchased from evario.in, valid up to 6 months from the date of purchase when accompanied by the original sales receipt. Any extensive adjustments or subsequent alterations will be subject to additional charges.
Do you offer custom tailoring?

Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How can I pay my bill online?
You can pay securely via Razorpay, which accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or other forms of payment.
How many days will it take for my order to be shipped ?
We usually ship within 10-15 working days. Should one or several items of your order be out of stock, we will contact you to confirm the delivery schedule.
How long does delivery take within India?
Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 working days.
How do I track my order?

Orders are processed from Mumbai, India.
How can I get my order delivered faster?
Drop us an email for any delivery request that is not as per our website timelines and we will try our best to accommodate.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it. However, if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we can offer you a gift card of the same value instead of a refund. This gift card will be valid for 6 months and redeemable exclusively on purchases made through evario.in. Please note, it cannot be applied to any other platform or partner retail channel.
What is your return policy?
We offer size exchanges if the item doesn’t fit, and accept returns only for genuine defects or transit damage (reported within 48 hours of delivery). If the same style is unavailable, a gift card will be issued for future purchases.
Exchanges and returns are valid only if the product is unused, in pristine condition, with tags intact and original packaging. We do not accept items that are worn, altered, washed, or damaged. Final sale or end-of-season pieces are not eligible for return or exchange. Kindly note that return shipping costs are not covered by Evario.
By when can I expect my store credits?
Once we receive your product back at our warehouse and confirm it is in its original condition and packaging, a gift card (store credit) will be emailed to you within 3–4 working days. If you don’t receive it after our confirmation, please contact us at support@evario.in
What taxes are applicable on the products?
As per the Indian Tax Laws, our garments would have a 18% GST which is included in the price.
