We make every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that variations may occur due to individual monitor settings, and we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will perfectly reflect the actual colour. For further details, please refer to our Return & Exchange policies.
Each Evario piece is made individually with the highest attention to detail. Once an order is placed, it goes into processing and we do not accept cancellations on the order. We offer exchanges only in the case of - manufacturing defects or sizing issues.
To request an exchange, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by writing to support@evario.in.
The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery in its original packaging, with all tags and documentation intact. Upon verification, we will replace the item with the same style or another available piece from our inventory.
In cases where this is not possible, a gift card of equivalent value may be issued. Please note: discounted and customized pieces are not eligible for exchange or return.
Once your request is confirmed by our support team, you will be required to ship the product back to us. Please retain the courier tracking details until we confirm receipt.
Evario is not liable for items lost in transit.
All exchanges are subject to quality checks and governed by local jurisdiction.
